The Plan ("the app", "we", "us") is a daily planner app created by Nabhit Arora. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Your planner content — tasks, times, notes, rewards, your "why", streaks, and app settings (theme, text size, chosen streak icon) — is stored locally on your device using your phone's storage. We do not have a server that stores this content, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
AI Assistant & Planner Scanner. When you use the optional AI Assistant or Planner Scanner features, the text or photo you submit is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our processing service and then to Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude AI model) to generate a response. This content is used only to produce your result. It is not used to identify you and is not stored by us. See Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
Purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, Inc., which receives a randomly generated app user ID and your purchase/receipt status to unlock features and restore purchases. We never receive your payment card details. See revenuecat.com/privacy and apple.com/legal/privacy.
You can change or revoke any of these permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
The app has no account or login, and does not collect your name, email, contacts, or location, and does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can stop all data sharing by not using the AI features, revoke permissions in Settings, and delete all local data by uninstalling the app or using "Reset All Progress" in the app's settings.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
